Pricing Considerations

Datawise Solutions provides customizable solutions that are affordable for most small and medium sized companies. While we can create data management solutions for any business, our specialty is helping companies that have remote locations effectively and securely share their data between locations.

When considering a distributed data management solution, the following factors need to be considered:

Data consistency and integrity;
Redundancy of servers and availability of backups;
Server, software and data maintenance;
Ease of connection for multiple remote sites;
Off site data storage.

Datawise Solutions Inc. provides for your custom packages at a fraction of the cost of traditional solutions. Our pricing structure uses the following model:

One time set-up and activation cost. This covers the customization of all your modules and includes for one year all the hosting, data storage, updates, support and additional customization of your modules as required. Compare this to other companies which require you to incur a large initial capital expense for multiple site or copy licenses for your hardware.

Annual per-site fee. This fee provides the hosting, updates, support, data storage and changes you require.

There are no other additional fees. If you add another site, you just pay the “per-site” fee, if you close a site, you will get a rebate for that site.

Pay-As-You-Go Options. Our new MOSS 2007 solutions may be offered on a pay-as-you-go program. Contact us for more information.
